The Worst Traffic Jam in History 2

The traffic congestion was happened in Chicago, Illinois in 2011 during the winter while 20 inches of snow covered in the city. Some drivers left their cars in the middle of the street for their own safety. Then the cars must be towed because they clogged the way for another cars. Then it turned into poor records for most of the drivers.
